[Humanpowered] Two weeks until another fabulous Cob workshop begins!

We just completed another idyllic week learning how to build sustainable 
(lasting centuries) reusable (if you tear it down, you just reuse the material), 
fireproof buildings that are dirt cheap!

Yes, another Cob Building workshop on Lasqueti Island found 5 folks new to 
Natural Building laughing and enjoying each other's company and having a hard 
time keeping up with all the delicious food (thanks Emily!).

And if you want to join one of our next workshops, we still have a few spaces left:

  * Sunday, July 28 to Friday, August 2nd (travel days are the Saturdays before
    and after)
  * Sunday, August 25 to Friday, August 30th (travel days are the Saturdays
    before and after)
  * Sunday, September 8 to Friday, September 13th (travel days are the Saturdays
    before and after)

and

  * Friday, September 27 to Sunday, September 29th (travel days are the Thurday
    before and the Monday after).  This 3 day workshop will show you how to both
    build and bake with a Cob Oven!


The 6 day workshops will teach you how to build any size building on your own or 
with a group.  We use and learn a technique only recently developed and 
perfected, which makes building with cob realistic and enjoyable for any able 
bodied human.

You'll be on the leading edge of the Natural Building movement after taking this 
workshop!

And the food!  Our chef Emily continually tingles our tastebuds with fresh out 
of the garden veggies and salads as well as hearty fare to keep us nourished and 
more than satisfied.  At 3 hot meals and two plentiful snacks each day, it's 
difficult to keep up to all the food!

Summertime on Lasqueti Island is easy living with warm, sunny days and cool, 
clear nights.  You can bring your own tent or rent our guest tent: a prospector 
tent with queen sized bed on a cedar platform with your own kitchen in the cool 
of the forest.

You'll need to contact Dave very soon if you want to join in on the fun on July 
27th when we start another workshop off with our welcome dinner, expertly 
prepared by Chef Emily.
