All of you people who want to be removed from the email list should remove
yourself from the list! It is easy to do and saves everyone else from
getting so many emails from people who want to be removed from the list.  I
am not an administrator, just a recipient like everyone else.  Adding an
removing yourself from an email list is an extremely simple, standardized
process!  You must realize that when you send a message like this, all
people who are subscribed to the list receive a copy of your message.  In
short, I apologize for sending this message to everyone.  Basically, I want
to cut down on the number of unnecessary emails that we receive in the long
run.  In short, it is tiresome receiving so many emails from people who
simply want to be removed.
