<Hamilton FreeSkool!> Think Critically! A NEW CLASS AUG 9th

Hello folks!

A new class will be begining on August 9th and run for the remainer of
August.
The class will be trying to develop critical perspectives on the canadian
criminal justice system.
The first class will be held at central library on the 4th floor. Thursday
7pm sharp.

Specifically the class will explore what the criminal justice system is and
how it works and what role it plays in society. How the class will work
will be up to the class but some options for the class will be: to observe
criminal court proceedings and then meeting to talk about what took place,
taking a tour of a local law library in order to learn how to do legal
research, or having a guest speaker.

Disclaimer: This course is not intended to be a “know your rights”
workshop, nor should anything said therein be taken as legal advice or a
recommendation that anyone do anything. Anyone seeking legal advice should
talk to a lawyer. I am not a lawyer, I have only just completed my second
year of law school.
