Hello Everyone!

Just a few quick announcements.

Freeskool is currently starting a new term for the summer, and you can find
out all about the new classes at hamiltonfreeskool.org! If you would like to
facilitate a class over the summer term please send us an email with the
class idea and when you would like to facilitate as well as a brief
description.

As well:

Be a Friend of Freeskool!

Hamilton Freeskool would love to put your talents and energy to use. We
are always looking for people to help us out with grant-writing, making
and putting up posters, tabling at events, organizing fundraisers, and
generally spreading the word about Freeskool. If you have a spare hour to
put up posters, or some time in a week to look into grants that FreeSkool
could be eligible for, give us a holler! E-mail
hamiltonfreeskool at gmail.com to tell us you'd like to become a Friend of
Freeskool. You will receive occasional e-mails about ways you can help
make Freeskool even more awesome.

Also (I know this might be a lot to process) but Freeskool is currently
looking for more eager people to commit to being organizers for the new
term! Attached is an organizer question form that lets us know where you're
at and what you can commit to.

Thanks a bunch!

Looking forward to getting to know more of you through learning and
community empowerment,

Aerin, for freeskool

"If modern industrial education—and more broadly industrial
civilization—requires "the subsumption of the individual," that is, the
conversion of vibrant human beings into "automata," i.e., into a pliant
workforce, then the most revolutionary thing we can do is follow our hearts,
to manifest who we really are."
