Hey Freeskool Fans!

In a perhaps overdue update, allow us to let you know of some of the wicked
happenings going on with your beloved Freeskool.

First - Call out for new classes! Got an idea for a class you'd like to
facilitate with Freeskool? Want to start sooner? Later? Give it some
thought, and let us know. Our Spring/Summer term is around the corner, as
they say, and we are always inviting new classes even mid-term. Don't be
shy! You have what it takes to be a facilitator, so shoot us an email and
let's figure out how we can work together to make it happen!

2:

*WAKE UP!* We are all doing our share of hibernating lately but it is time
for Freeskool's midterm event to shake us up with a celebration of good food
and good ideas. The *Hamilton Freeskool Spring-Réveille Lunch &
Workshops*will be taking place at the Jamesville Community Centre on
March
27th beginning at 1pm and we hope to have an excellent turnout to rival all
the wicked support we saw at the birthday celebrations. Workshops will begin
around 3 o'clock and so far are rumoured to include among them an
introduction to poi and an informative discussion on your rights in the
workplace. Everyone is invited to bring along some food to eat and share,
potluck style, although there will be lunch and goodies provided *so you
should definitely come even if you don't want to make stuff.* It's certain
to leave us refreshed and awakened and shaken from the doldrums, and we look
forward to seeing you there!

item the Third:

Want to help promote Freeskool? Our upcoming event could use some extra
hands for postering and some extra brains for promoting. If you're
interested in lending some energy to this cause or you have some ideas and
energy to promote Freeskool in the future, please send us an email and let
us know!

That's all for now. Peace love and learning,

freeskool

"If modern industrial education—and more broadly industrial
civilization—requires "the subsumption of the individual," that is, the
conversion of vibrant human beings into "automata," i.e., into a pliant
workforce, then the most revolutionary thing we can do is follow our hearts,
to manifest who we really are."
