[GSA Council] Regarding a Motion of Bylaw Amendment

Dear Council Members,

The Faculty of Arts and Science Directors have submitted a petition for
bringing up a motion pertaining to a Bylaw amendment to the General
Assembly on Friday, 27th September.

As per the GSA Bylaws, Article XXI, item 1.1.3., we have collected
sufficient signatures from GSA members at-large for this motion. We require
that the GA committee add it to the agenda.

Please kindly find the attached document containing the motion, whereas the
hard copy is currently at the GSA house.
