[GSA Council] Council Chair's Decision - Nonmembers speaking during the Council meeting

Thanks everybody for their knowledgable emails, which we only face in
emails!
It would be great if we pay attention to solving real problems of graduate
students the same as this condition.
It is appreciated to at least receive email communications during weekdays
and work hours. However, hall buildings may being open for discussions.
