Hi Etta,

I guess you have misunderstood rate of the premium with the rate of mental
health benefit. The rate of adding 50% mental coverage upto 500$ is 23.
This will be in turn added to 45$ increase for this year. Even if we don’t
opt for mental health program we will have to increase the rate of the
premium by 45$. This is considering inflation and cost balance explained in
the documents attached earlier in the mail series.
