[GSA Council] URGENT: Fwd: Online voting for upcoming health insurance

Hello all! I would like to move on the motion, however I am confused
because in the presentation, I understood that the Premium would increase
by only around $23 but in the motion drafted by executives, the plan fee
cap increases by nearly $64. Perhaps there is something I am
misunderstanding in between the premium cost and fee cap... Can one of the
executives explain the difference?

Either way, I would like to move that "the GSA includes Mental Health
benefits at a rate of up to 50% coverage per session with a $500 per year
Maximum in its Health and Dental Plan for the 2019-2020 academic/policy
year" but we should put the exact increase in premium cost in the wording
of the motion.
