Regarding the following very important email from the executives about the
health insurance, *is there anyone who would like to move an online motion **to
accept or reject the proposal by student care health insurance for the next
year(sept 2019-Aug 2020)?*

Hi Rouzbeh,

Hope you are doing well. I would request you to email all directors and set
up an online voting - to accept or reject the proposal by student care
health insurance for the next year(sept 2019-Aug 2020).

PFA attached all the details you need to add in the email for the directors
to view before voting. The directors can find all details regarding the
cost calculation and how the rates have increased over time and also
additional cost of including the mental health benefit - NOTE: GSA is a
only association to not have mental health benefits for its students.
However all these comes with increased prices and the additional prices for
including mental health benefits are added below,

"Psychology Coverage : Maximum of 50% per visit and up to $400

The cost impact on the Health Premium would be : *$19.11*



Psychology Coverage : Maximum of 50% per visit and up to $500

The cost impact on the Health Premium would be : *$23.98*



When the new Health Plan fee cap, remember that you're adding the cost of
the benefit to the Projected Plan Premium of 2019-20 of *$168.22* and
rounding up.



The least expensive option was to go with a Max of $30 per visit and a $500
Total for *$9.56"*


Kindly email the directors as early as possible and please provide them a
maximum deadline upto wednesday evng. This is something really important
and finalized soon and so i would request everyone to respond on time
considering the benefits of students.
