[GSA Council] March GSA Council meeting minutes

Hello Nura,

I think it is a good idea to not have the votes for each person in open
session.

I will also add Etta and Nancy's last names.

I will send the updated version of the minutes as soon as I receive the
candidates' last names from the executives.
