[GSA Council] Need 1 director to have quorum in March 25th Council meeting

I just got an email from one of the directors who is not available at the
time of the meeting due to an exam.

We need *1 director* available in March 25th council meeting 6 to 9:30 p.m,
among the ones who voted unavailable before.

Please let me know as soon as you can.

*Otherwise, the meeting will be cancelled.*
