[GSA Council] Attendance sheet verification time

Dear all,

As I mentioned in the previous email regarding the venue, the meeting
attendace sheet verification will be at 6:15 instead of 6:00 due to the
room availability. So the sign in has to get done by 6:15 and the meeting
starts at 6:30 until 9:30 p.m.
