Hi Sara,

Let me start by saying that *regarding the meeting related matters, we
request you to go through the proper channel and channel the communication
through the meeting facilitator. *However, we will still respond to your
query.

I request you to please check the Robert's Rules regarding this matter in
detail. As per the last motion, 'the 21st June Council meeting was
adjourned until Friday June 28, 2019, 6 pm for appointment of Council'.
This is an adjournment meeting as per the Robert's rules.
