[GSA Council] Fwd: Motions by Ashit Patel and ENCS Directors

Hello all,

I am forwarding the motions from some other directors for today's meeting
which I just received.

For the rest, since the meeting is today evening, if you want to add any
other motion, please bring them up in the meeting before adotion of the
agenda, to not overwhelm the whole team with emails.

Sorry, this overwhelming issue happened because the two June meetings are
very close together, so it is not following the motion deadline procedure.

Most important motion:
Whereas GSA requires chair
BIRT: Voting is need to be done today before any motion on the floor.

Other motions:

1.Whereas GSA is to serve graduate students.

 BIRT: In the summer , there must be 2 academic workshops for ENCS graduate
students.

2. Whereas GSA is to serve graduate students

BIRT: PCT issue need to be resolved as early as possible with priority
among all other motion.

3. Whereas GSA is to serve graduate students.

BIRT : GSA will organise minimum 2 external trip during  summer semester
2019.
