Hi Jacqueline,

This is with regards to the appointment of the Fine Arts representatives
that you shall appoint for the various committees. We request you to please
share the appointed representatives for Appointment committee and Hiring
committee (internal) within 5 business days as these are very time
sensitive. We also request you to please share the appointed
representatives for the remaining committees in the updated word file
shared.
