[GSA Council] Some information regarding the June Council Meeting

Hello Aditya,

>From what has been done previously, the meeting is 3 hour, so the sign in
sheet will be signed at 6 p.m. and call to order is at 6:30.

I did not see any point in the bylaws regarding choosing minute taker.
Previously, it was chosen by the council at the meeting.

Please let me know if you have different opinion.
