[GSA Council] Some information regarding the June Council Meeting

Hello all,

The June meeting will be held on Friday, June 21st at 6:00-9:30 pm, please
ensure to arrive by 6 pm to complete the sign in process. If the sign in
process is not completed at 6 pm you may not be eligible to receive the
stipend.

This meeting is required to allow us to form committees and enable the
executives to move forward with their plans.

Regarding Article V, Point 14, in the bylaws the president will be the
chair in the first council meeting.

In the previous mandate, the chair was also taking the minutes, the council
can decide about the minute taker. I added a minutes template to the
meeting package for the chair/minute taker.

For anyone who is unable to attend the meeting please send me your regrets
as soon as possible, if you plan to come but you may be late arriving
please let me know also.
