Given your votes for the June council meeting, the June council meeting
will be on Friday June 21, 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.

I will let you know about the venue soon.

The meetings operate on the Robert's Rules (see link at end of email) to
ensure that the meeting flows efficiently and fairly to everyone.
