[GSA Council] No cheques for the June 28th adjournment meeting

Hello all,


I just got informed that some directors asked for cheques for the June 28th
adjournment meeting.

That meeting did not follow the GSA monthly council meeting rules per
bylaws (you can go back to the emails I sent before the June 28th meeting),
because according to the clarification of the executives, it was just an
adjournment meeting, so it was not like a regular monthly council meeting,
so it did not follow the regular monthly council meeting rules and it is
not paid).

According to the clarification email I received from the executives, the
June 28th meeting was an adjournment meeting as per the Robert's rules. As
per the last motion, 'the 21st June Council meeting was adjourned until
Friday June 28, 2019, 6 pm for appointment of Council'.
