Hi All,

This is to let you know that, for the upcoming Mont Tremblant trip, we
would need the support of some council members to please volunteer to help
organize a successful and memorable trip for the graduate students of
Concordia. We have reserved 6 tickets for the aforementioned volunteers,
the complete cost of which will be subsidized by the GSA. We request the
directors, senators and governor to please email their "Intent to
Volunteer" during the below-mentioned window only. Please note this will be
on a first come first serve basis. So the first 6 applicants who apply from
11 am - 1 pm will be volunteers for the event. Please apply even if you
have purchased the tickets (we shall subsidize them). Please send the with
the subject line "INTENT TO VOLUNTEER FOR MONT TREMBLANT TRIP" with your
name, email, contact number, student id in the email content body to the VP
Internal, VP External and President.

*Application Window: 5 July 2019, 11 am - 1 pm*
