[GSA Council] Save the Date + About next Council

Hello,

Hope everyone is doing great. This is going to be a two part email.

Part 1:

The Arts and Science Director would like to kindly invite you to the following event.

Event: Conversations with the Arts and Science Directors
Host: A&S Directors
Invitees: GSA Directors, Executives and GSA reps.
Location: GSA House (Pending Confirmation but, we have a backup location at our faculty)
When: Friday, 12th of July and 19th of July
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

This will be a great opportunity for the Arts & Science Directors to describe our values, priorities, to answer all your questions and to elaborate on the motions submitted by us previously. It will also be an opportunity to talk about a helpful new motion which we are in the process of preparing. We chose two dates to make sure everyone gets to participate at least one night.  Hope to see you there!

Part 2:

About the date for next Council: some of us have an exam on the 27th of July. So @Timir Baran Roy<mailto:timirbaranju at gmail.com> are you available on either 28,29,30th of July? Can we use the doodle to see if this also works for everyone?
