[GSA Council] Only need 2 directors to have quorum in July council meeting

Hello Rouzbeh,

I believe you sent a mail earlier (June 27, 2019), confirming the July 2019 Meeting to be fixed for July 15.
I am surprised to see you come up with an entirely different date now, kindly fix this as some of us do plan our monthly activities ahead.

Given the chair's availability, Thursday July 25th, 6 to 9:30 p.m is the most voted date and time by you until now.

We only need 2 more directors to be available on this date and time to have quorum. If you have not voted yet, or have voted another date and time, but could kindly change your schedule to be available on this date and time, please let me know as early as you can.

For the rest of the council meetings I will take Timir's availability first, to make sure he is available on all days in the polls.
