[GSA Council] Only need 2 directors to have quorum in July council meeting

Hello all,


Given the chair's availability, Thursday July 25th, 6 to 9:30 p.m is the
most voted date and time by you until now.

*We only need 2 more directors to be available on this date and time to
have quorum.* If you have not voted yet, or have voted another date and
time, but could kindly change your schedule to be available on this date
and time, please let me know as early as you can.

For the rest of the council meetings I will take Timir's availability
first, to make sure he is available on all days in the polls.
