[GSA Council] IMPORTANT: Directors without valid reasons for their absences

HI,

Thanks for pointing out the absence issue.
When we choose a council meeting date, we only see maximum availability of
the Directors (not all Directors need to be present). Last month (in
January), I could not even fill up any availability because I was not in
Montreal. And the other day, I could not attend since I had a deadline of
my project and work too. I deeply apologize,I did not send any email to
inform committee members.

I will respect any decision regarding this.
