[GSA Council] Arts and Science Vacant director positions.

Vice President Mobilization is seeking our opinion to* accept* or reject
the application for the director position without bringing the GA election
up! This is totally different from seeking an opinion to allow the student
to show up in the council meetings.

According to the by-law, every graduate student can participate in the
meetings; no need to get permission from directors or executives! You could
have invited her to the council meeting without asking us as you followed
the same approach while asking the person to attend GA for by-election !!!

Moreover, It is a good signal that you are moving forward but I am very
surprised why you are emphasizing a lot "working on GA and upcoming
elections and transitions" as the timesheet shows that you worked much
fewer hours compared to the previous months. For example, overall, every
executive worked on an average of 37.14 hours in December/November period.
However, each of you worked on an average of 21.65 hours in the last period
(January/February)!

I conclude that you have not been working as much as you are advertising.
Please stop it!!!
