[GSA Council] Arts and Science Vacant director positions.

Dear Likith,

Thanks for your email. As I remember, we have never decided in the last
council meeting that the vacant positions will not be filled. As you know,
it is a very important decision and we should definitely have mentioned it
in the minute. However, it was not included in the minute (please take a
look at the January minute).

Moreover, I am really surprised why you have sent us such email exactly
after adding my point into the agenda yesterday. Please see the details
below to find more information about my point:

"Follow up question/discussion regarding vacant Arts and Science positions.
In our council meeting on January 31st, Vice President Internal encouraged
the directors in Arts and Science to fill two vacant director positions in
Arts and Science after our failure in organizing the election. Therefore,
the director in the Education Department started the discussions with the
hope that more Arts and Science directors can show up in the council
meetings. An interested candidate sent an email to the executives' team.
Finally, after 8 days, the president responded that the vacant positions
need to be voted in GA. The executive team should explain why they are not
working collaboratively."

Furthermore, as far as I know, one of the candidates had shown her interest
to join GSA by sending an email to the executives' team on February 3rd.
Finally, the president responded to her on February 11th that the position
should be voted in GA.

As I mentioned in my point on the agenda, unfortunately, you are not
working collaboratively as a team. I'm a bit confused that you seek our
opinion (sending an email by the president to the candidate 9 days ago!!!)
when you already make a decision?!!!
