[GSA Council] Deadline to send your motions and points

Dear all,

According to the bylaws *Article V, point 7.2*, I am going to have the
agenda finalized 5 days before each council meeting as one of the Council
Meeting materials. So, please send me any motions or points you would like
to add to the agenda at least *6* *days* prior to the meetings, then there
will be 1 day to take care of adding your points and motions. I will no
longer add points and motions coming to me within that period.

If you come up with any point or motion within that 6 day period, you can
add them at the council meeting, before adopting the agenda.

If you have any question or point regarding this regulation, please let me
know.
