[GSA Council] IMPORTANT: Nura expanded her availabilities, but we need only 1 director

Dear all,

Regarding Nura's communication with me,  she would kindly cancel her
personal plans on *February 21, 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m*. or *February 25th 6
p.m to 9:30 *or *6:30 p.m. to 10*., if we could have quorum in any of
those. We need *only 1 director* available in any of those dates and time
to have quorum. *Please let me know if you can be available as soon as
possible, so the service manager can start to book a room although it might
be already late.*

I suggest February 25, because we have already lost the time to book a room
for February 21 and we have to have the meeting in GSA house if Feb 21 gets
selected and GSA house is not suitable for the GSA council meetings. But
still it might be possible to book a room on February 25th.

Nura did it this time Exceptionally. She will not do it again if some of
the directors do not follow the bylaws and submit their preferences late.
