[GSA Council] No Quorum yet! A meeting is necessary to review the tracker

Hello all,

Thank you for your email.

First, directors can see Nura's availability at the time they are voting in
doodle. So they can vote accordingly from the beginning. So I did not think
I should ask her from the beginning since you can see her votes.

Second, if everybody voted for all the meetings by the beginning of January
per bylaws, Nura could save the quorum date in February. It is directors'
responsibility to vote earlier. All polls were provided by me since January.

Third, I will take a look at the directors' presence and take action
accordingly per bylaws.
