[GSA Council] No Quorum yet! A meeting is necessary to review the tracker

Dear Nura and the Director’s team,

I seconded Yihan’s motion but I wish we could have moved for such a motion
to help fix poor communication in GSA. We repetedly encouraged the
executive team to send emails in advance before scheduling a meeting in GSA
committees including Student Life and Hiring commitee. However, they
informed us about the date and time just a few hours before starting the
meeting. What do you think?
