[GSA Council] No Quorum yet! A meeting is necessary to review the tracker

Hi Yihan,

I am completely agreed with you. I have been asking since 2017 that the
availabilities are not sent out until I am asked when I am free.

That being said, we need to clarify two things:

(1) You mention that 16 and 15 people vote for two days. In fact, the
available slot is *for one evening February 18th*
(2) As I mentioned previously, if the directors were timely in sending
their available times *at the start of the term per the GSA bylaws, *I
would have been free to chair the meeting. Because everyone takes so long
to meet the requirements of setting their availability, my schedule fills
up.

So even if Rouzbeh takes my available time before sending out the Doodle,
if the directors don't reply in a timely manner, my schedule will still
fill up and I will schedule my work meetings when I need to schedule them.

*I am speaking on an event on Feb 18th, which I organized back in January.
I would have chosen a different date if we had a quorum at that time slot.*

So ultimately, there one thing holding back meetings is people's apathy to
fill in the doodle in a timely manner. I'm not pointing fingers, since this
does not apply to everyone, but those who are slow, you know who you are.
