[GSA Council] No Quorum yet! A meeting is necessary to review the tracker

Hi, Rouzbeh,
this is at least the third time for asking available time for February
council meeting. 16 and 15 people vote for two days, but Nura is not
available, so we can’t have meeting even we are all available. Now we have
to revote, which is not convenient for everyone I think.
So, next time, start from March, how about asking Nura’s availability
first, and then crate a doodle based on her time, and send it to us. I
think this may help.
