[GSA Council] No Quorum yet! A meeting is necessary to review the tracker

Hi,

Do you mean we have to schedule a meeting inviting the interested directors
to discuss the parts which need to be updated or do you mean we have to
agree upon the date and time of February meeting ASAP to bring it up then?
