[GSA Council] 2nd Reminder: Still No Quorum on February Council Meeting

Hi Nancy

It’s not Rouzbeh’s fault. 

This is what happens when directors fail to provide availability during the period of time outline by the GSA bylaws (“Meeting dates for each semester will be established within ten days of the of the start of the  semester save summer”)

I am not available on February 18th. I have co-organized and I am speaking at a STEM event that night. 

Had everyone submitted their availability during the appropriate time, we could have booked these meetings well in advance, and I would not have scheduled my event for that date since I would have known we have a meeting. 

The longer it takes for everyone to participate in the meetings, the more everyone’s schedules change meaning that dates people previously marked themselves as available become no longer available.
