[GSA Council] 2nd Reminder: Still No Quorum on February Council Meeting

Hi,

I can see that we have 16 votes for Feb 18th 6pm to 9:30pm, so its a
quorum, so why select Feb 28th 9:30am slot.
I believe you should select an evening slot, which has more votes and will
also be convenient for Directors working Full-Time, to attend the meeting.
