[GSA Council] Reminder: Please consider first week of March in your February council meeting date vote

Dear all,

Because I do not see we can have quorum and availability of the chair at
the same time in February, I added the first week of March to the February
voting poll, hopefully we can have the February council meeting in the
first week of March.
