Hello all,

Now, since all directors have submitted their votes, *Wednesday August
28th, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. also needs 1 vote to have quorum*. If any
director who has not voted for this option can kindly reshuffle his/her
schedule to be available on that date and time, please let me know as soon
as possible.
