[GSA Council] [URGENT] Need only 1 director to have the quorum

Hello Rouzbeh,

Thanks for your effort as I know it is tough to manage all guys schedules.
The only flilexibility that I ask Senators and Executive members is that
please cooperate to have at least three suggestions for the large group of
directors as well as offer some times in weekdays.
