[GSA Council] [URGENT] Need only 1 director to have the quorum

Hello Hamed,

Sorry for that. I completely understand the issue and I very appreciate all
the hard work of the council. But, it is the only time in which we have the
most availability from both executives, senators, the governor and the
directors' sides. Having two council meetings in August is what the council
voted for, to make sure the orientation will get done properly as far as I
can recall from the previous council meeting, and the most council
availability is Saturday August 31st until now.

able to ratify the motions on Saturday August 31st, 10:30 a.m to 2 p.m.
