[GSA Council] [URGENT] Need only 1 director to have the quorum

Hello,

It is good that many accepted this time, however, please consider this
meeting time is exactly at the mid-day of the weekend!!! At least, if you
want to be a sacrifice with low payment for council members, it is better
to manage it during working days, not in the weekend (sorry, we are not
depanneur to be open 24 hours).
