[GSA Council] URGENT: Vote for August council meeting date and time (First half of the month)

Hello Hamed,

Thank you for pointing this out.
Yes, I think it is fine to submit the titles earlier to me.

*To all:* Given the following lines in the bylaws I think you can submit
your motions and points, related documents and reports, 5 days prior to the
council meeting date (until the end of August 7th if August 13th will get
fixed).

"7. Prior to every Council meeting:
7.1. All Directors shall be given individual notice at least seven (7)
calendar days before each Council meeting, unless waived by every Director.
7.2. The agenda and related documents of a Council meeting shall be
disseminated in written form  to all Directors at least five (5) calendar
days prior to the meeting, unless waived by every Director."

*To all: *In addition to the *motions and points* please also send me
the *committee
reports* to add to the council meeting package.
