[GSA Council] URGENT: Vote for August council meeting date and time (First half of the month)

Hi Rouzbeh,

Thanks for organizing a new meeting. However, it is not possible that we
submit any motion due to the restriction on submitting seven days before
the meeting ( we have only tomorrow). Can we only submit the title of
motion tomorrow and bring details in the following days?
