[GSA Council] IMPORTANT: Regarding the chair of next Council meetings

Dear all,

Since the executives' reports might get discussed in the closed session, I
think Amir cannot be the chair and council has to decide about the chair at
most at the next council meeting before executives' report discussion. I
think executives should send an email to all members about hiring a chair
before the next council meeting, so they can come to the council and get
elected as a chair.

I said Amir is the substitute for the chair regarding "The elected
President of the G.S.A. shall chair of the first meeting of the Council of
Directors. The Council will appoint a permanent chair at the first
meeting." in the bylaws which I think does not apply in our situation since
executives' reports might get discussed at the closed session.
