Dear Amir,
Thanks for your email. Please see details below for your information:
1) I've also had discussions with some other directors about your recent
email. They had considered your recent resignation email as some example of
aggressive and disrespectful behavior. This could be a reason that nobody
responded your email. Believe me, if you are behaving respectfully toward
the other people, others would also respect you.
2) You just submitted your resignation when we cut a big amount of your
bursary. What happened at the previous council meeting which forced you to
send that harsh letter? It seems that cutting your bursary was the main
factor.
3) Etta said: "what kinds of repercussive measures you would like to see
from Directors?" but you did not respond to her email. *Nura also asked you
"whether you would like to be retroactively awarded XX% of you bursary". It
seems that **even the chair's mindset** was similar to several directors'
mindset that your main problem has been cutting your bursary. *
4) In your April's report, you have already mentioned that you have just
stopped working after giving that one week notice when resigning.
Presumably, If you had worked, you would have mentioned in your report.
5) I also have received several complaints from the directors that Nura is
taking the side of the executives and she is going beyond her duties as a
chair while saying the directors are taking the decisions subjectively or
when she is only coping the duties of directors.
Regards,
Masoumeh
