[GSA Council] Today's council meeting is cancelled

Hi,

Thanks Etta for your email. I think we can mark our availability for the
next two weeks or have a meeting on Monday evening as the recent meetings
were hold on Mondays; I assume we might get a quorum on Monday at 6 pm.
Therefore, I encourage the directors to let us know if they are available
then by responding to this email.
