[GSA Council] Still no Quorum in December. September, October and November meetings are fixed.

Hi Everyone

I sent a meeting invite for September (I have always wondered why we don't
do that in the past). I used the "gsa mailing list". Can someone let me
know if they got the invite? I'll do it for the other meetings, and I'll
update the invite once the location is settled.
