[GSA Council] Reminder: No Quorum, Please submit your preferences for Fall GSA Council meetings

*None* of the Fall council meetings have quorum yet, and there are still
some directors who have not submitted their preferences for Fall council
meetings.

Please submit your preferences for *all council meetings in Fall *as early
as you can*. We have already passed the deadline *according to the GSA
bylaws Article V - Council of Directors, point 8*.*
