[GSA Council] August Meeting Package update

Dear All,

There is another item added to the meeting agenda* "Striking Memories
collective"*.
I also added their *application for GSA funding* and *budget* to the August
Meeting Package.

You can also find the *GSA Handbook*, *Sponsor* and *Meeting minutes
template* files in addition to the staffs and executives reports in the
package.

I am updating the package as soon as I receive the remaining reports.

The meeting will be on *Monday, September 10, 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m*. at
*H-439* (Hall Building). Attendance sheet verification will be done at *1
p.m.* and the meeting starts at 1:30 p.m.
