[GSA Council] Motion for GSA accessibility

(I know that you have been working hard on this Rouzbeh. Unfortunately, I think that before adopting a motion allowing a podcast to be broadcasted, there should be a set of guidelines that defines what kind of information can be disseminated and how — we wouldn’t want it to turn into an opinion platform).
